A couple of weeks ago, I read an article by Michael Hyatt, talking about the importance of gratitude. He challenged his readers to make a list of twenty things that they were thankful for. I was convicted that I’m often not thankful enough, so I made a gratitude list:
- Food to eat, and the ability to choose what I eat.
- Tea.
- My parents.
- Access to the Bible.
- Audiobooks.
- Forgiveness.
- Braces.
- Playing music.
- Paper books.
- My siblings.
- Amazing weather.
- The smell of good food cooking.
- College classes.
- Shoes.
- Clean water.
- Playing in orchestra.
- Walks in the rain.
- Blogging.
- Going to church.
- Brownie-in-a-Mug.
